I am writing on behalf of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd, United Kingdom, to formally verify the professional coaching qualification, training and professional standing of Petya Belcheva-Gemuenden.

Petya Belcheva-Gemuenden successfully completed the Noble Manhattan Practitioner Coach Advanced Diploma and was formally awarded her qualification in November 2020.

Her diploma was awarded following completion of an extensive professional coach training programme, including:

300 hours of coach-specific studies covering a broad range of professional coaching methodologies;
structured learning modules, webinars and specialist reading;
practical coaching and skills development;
mentoring and supervised professional development;
a minimum of 60 hours of documented client coaching interaction;
70 hours of supervised coaching and mentoring;
written assignments, essays and thesis work; and
successful assessment against the programme’s core professional coaching competencies.

Upon the successful completion of all our programme requirements, the professional education, supervised practice and the competency assessment required by our organisation for professional coaching, Petya Belcheva-Gemuenden was formally qualified as a Noble Manhattan Practitioner Diploma Coach.

Noble Manhattan Coaching has been an established professional coach-training organisation, founded in 1993 in the United Kingdom, and its professional coaching programmes are accredited and/or recognised by international coaching and leadership organisations, including:

International Authority of Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M);
The Institute of Leadership (IOL);
International Coaching Federation (ICF), through Continuing Coach Education accreditation;
International Regulator of Coaching and Mentoring (IRCM).

These organisations provide independent professional standards, accreditation and quality frameworks within the international coaching and mentoring sector.

She has maintained an ongoing professional relationship with Noble Manhattan Coaching and has participated as a guest at events organised within the Noble Manhattan Coaching professional community.

Furthermore, she has been invited to participate as a guest expert in future Noble Manhattan events, reflecting our continued professional recognition of her experience, practical work and expertise within the coaching and personal-development field.

Her proposed work through Next Level Wellbeing Solutions in Seychelles, as described to us, is consistent with the professional fields of coaching, mentoring, personal development and structured non-clinical educational programmes for which she has received professional training.

This letter is intended to verify both her original professional qualification and her continued professional engagement and standing within the coaching field since completing the programme in 2020.
