Тази седмица завърших дипломата Practitioner Coach Diploma към Noble Manhattan Coaching Bulgaria. За мен беше чест да получа най-високото отличие – Distinction (Отличие).
Тази диплома представлява стотици часове обучение, реален коучинг с реални хора, които преминават през реални предизвикателства, дълбока вътрешна работа върху себе си и множество тихи моменти, в които трябваше отново и отново да избирам да се появявам като човека, в който искам да се превърна. Колкото по-трудно беше понякога, толкова повече израствах след това.
Коучингът за мен е занаят. Отговорност. Начин на присъствие с хората, така че те да могат да чуят себе си по-ясно и да влязат в следващата си глава с повече яснота, смелост и осъзната отговорност.

This week, I graduated from the Practitioner Coach Diploma with Noble Manhattan Coaching Bulgaria. I was honoured to receive the highest achievement of Distinction.
This diploma represents hundreds of hours of training, real coaching with real people navigating real challenges, deep self-work, and tons of quiet moments where I had to decide, again and again, to keep showing up as the person I want to become. The harder it was at times, the greater I became afterward.
Coaching, for me, is a craft. A responsibility. A way of being with people so that they can hear themselves more clearly and step into their next chapter with more clarity, courage, and ownership.

Ashley Gordon: Thank you for giving out your best training effort to Anna and me. The impact from training NLP, TimeLine Therapy and Hypnotherapy with you has been immense and is still running through every day, on a molecular level.
Ralitsa Hristova, DipNMC, AMC – IAPCM: So much of where I am today traces back to your mentorship. You were one of the first people who saw something in me before I had the words for it myself.
To Brian Prentice: Thank you for the wisdom, the generosity, and the warmth you bring to this community. Being in your and Katrin’s orbit has shaped me far beyond what any curriculum could.
